Get Some Fresh Air! 🌈🍃✅

As Temperatures Start to Rise, Why Not Spend More Time Outside?

It's hard to believe that it's already March! I think we all remember that it was a little less than a year ago, in March of 2020, that people started to go into lockdown mode as the pandemic hit us.

Apart from that, 2021 has seemed to fly by as January and February have come and gone so quickly. That being said, the cold this year has been relentless with many states seeing snow for the first time in years.

As temperatures starting to rise and snow starting to melt, what are some things we can now start doing again outside?

Well, although it's not sunshine and rainbows outdoors just yet, the cool air is still perfect for outdoor runs. Some people may actually prefer the frigid temperatures in January and February, but slightly warmer temperatures are ideal for most active runners.

Additionally, we will start seeing more people at our local parks and state wildlife areas. I'm sure everyone is tired of staying home all winter and will be looking for the perfect opportunity to get some fresh and sunshine!
